Meet Olivia Laughman, RDN

Eating Disorder Dietitian based in Pittsburgh, PA ready to help you heal your relationship with food!

I believe that health should not come at the expense of living your life

Your mental, emotional, and social well-being are just as important as what you eat or how much you exercise. I want you to be able to heal from your eating disorder or disordered relationship with food so you can enjoy life again.

You can and still be healthy

Hey, I’m Olivia!

Eating Disorder Dietitian based in Pittsburgh, PA

My journey into nutrition started with a little voice in my head convincing me I needed to be smaller and sneaking into my parents bedroom at 5 am to weigh myself. This eventually turned into convincing myself that I no longer liked pizza because dairy “wasn’t healthy” and vegan cheese “tasted just the same.”

Insert many years of struggling with food (if you are reading this, I am guessing you know what it’s like)

Eventually, I relearned that dairy is not only safe but also delicious and realized how much I truly hate diet culture and the pressure to be thin. I knew I didn’t want to be another dietitian pushing restrictive meal plans or shame around “weight loss.” And I also didn’t want to be a food freedom dietitian who judges you for even saying the words “weight loss.”
