I’ve been where you are
I spent years bouncing between diets, restriction, macro counting, veganism, only to end up more confused and disconnected from my body.
Healing my relationship with food taught me that food freedom doesn’t have a look. There are no rules or “right” way to eat. It’s about finding what works for you.
My job as your dietitian is to provide a safe place to explore your thoughts around food and body, rebuild trust, and get you back to living life on your terms… not diet culture’s.
